What do you do?
What do you do to promote a lifestyle of optimism, positivity and mindfulness? It could be just something little, or perhaps something more substantial. Deep slow breaths each morning to welcome the new day? A cup of your favourite tea? A rejuvenating yoga class? A trek along your favorite sandy beach or wooded track? Perhaps a quick glance at a few words hanging on your wall help you create a mindset of optimism, positivity and mindfulness, especially on days where things can weigh you down? So... what do you do?
